Download Zip folder, then unzip folder to reveal 2 files. Place both files at the main level of the SD Card. Then insert SD card into camera with unit powered off. Press the UP button while switching to setup position. LCD will show RED and updating. Don't power unit off until LCD powers off on its own. Then power the unit off and back to setup to view the updated FW version number on the setup screen, one screen to the left of the first menu screen.
